IMPORTANT: You are about to reserve studio 10.10 on the 10th floor.  The website will give you 20 minutes to fill out the form and pay your holding deposit of £215^*.  If you fail to do this in the allotted time the studio will be released and made available to reserve again.

You will need the following information:

• Your full name and Date of Birth.
• Telephone Number, Email Address and Home Address.
• Upload of Passport.
• Upload of your Student ID or Course confirmation letter.
• Guarantor full name and date of birth (if applicable).
• Guarantor telephone number, email address and home address (if applicable).
• Payment details including Billing Address if different.
• The first rent payment (less the holding deposit) and your deposit will be required before your tenancy start date. This will be confirmed with you once we have received your reservation. We will be unable to release keys to you without this initial payment.
