Viewings are available now! Please fill out our short form to request an appointment. We also have 360 tours available on the website if you don’t want to view in person!

Do I have to pay a deposit?2021-02-04T14:55:13+00:00

Yes, you will pay a holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent to secure the studio. When you move in you will pay a deposit in full which is equivalent to 5 weeks rent. Your deposit will be secured with the Deposit Protection Service for the duration of the tenancy. Your deposit will be returned to you at the end of the tenancy providing that your studio is returned to its original state when you move out!

When you reserve a studio you can choose to pay either 4 weekly or in advance.  You can pay in advance in either 1 or 2 instalments.

What’s included in the rent?2023-10-31T10:17:38+00:00

The rent includes all of your utilities including Electricity, Water & Wi-Fi. Your access to our on-site gym is also included. There are no additional charges for using the laundry facilities.

We have you completely covered… the only thing you need to worry about is food!

Do you provide TVs in the studios?2023-10-31T10:18:32+00:00

We can provide you with a TV however you would be responsible for paying the TV license. You are more than welcome to bring your own TV if you would like to.

Do I need to provide a guarantor?2021-07-12T13:14:00+01:00

If you wish to pay your rent 4 weekly then you will need to provide a guarantor. Your guarantor will need to be living and working in the UK. Unfortunately we cannot accept companies such as Housing Hand to act as your guarantor. Your guarantor must be someone that you know personally such as a friend or family member. If you cannot provide a guarantor then you will need to pay your rent in advance.

Yes, in the residents pack, there are rules ..and special conditions in the tenancy agreement.

It is a 51 week tenancy agreement.

All we ask is that your studio be returned to it’s original state when you check-out. There are plenty of ways to hang things without making holes in the walls!

Unfortunately, as much as we love animals, you cannot bring pets into the building.

As much as we would love to welcome you, to live at Wingfield House you do need to be a registered full-time student.
