Policy Statement

Wingfield House is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our accommodation services. We aim to ensure that all applicants and residents are treated fairly, respectfully and without discrimination. This policy complies with the Equality Act 2010.

Marketing

All marketing and advertising is inclusive, fair and accessible and does not exclude or discourage any individual or group.

Allocation of Accommodation

Accommodation is allocated fairly and transparently using consistent, non-discriminatory criteria. Reasonable adjustments will be considered where practicable.

Living in Accommodation

All residents have the right to live in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. Wingfield House does not tolerate discrimination, harassment or victimisation.

Complaints

Concerns relating to equality or discrimination will be taken seriously and investigated in line with the complaints procedure.

Review

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains effective and compliant with legislation.
